Daniel Rojas Céspedes

Daniel Rojas Céspedes came through the Academia Tahuichi Aguilera before a spell in Chile with Universidad de Concepción's youth side, having previously passed through Club Calleja. He made his professional debut with Oriente Petrolero in 2019 and stayed with the club through several seasons. In January 2024 he moved to The Strongest, but the switch did not work out: he left in July that year after his contract was terminated by mutual agreement, with the player citing personal problems and a lack of fit with coach Ismael Rescalvo's plans. He returned to Oriente Petrolero afterwards.

At international level, Rojas made his senior debut for Bolivia on 26 August 2023 in a friendly against Panama, a match Bolivia lost 1-2. That has remained his only senior cap. Before reaching the first team, he had already represented the country at youth level, appearing three times for the under-17 side at the 2017 South American U-17 Championship and twice for the under-20s at the 2019 South American U-20 Championship.

A defensive midfielder by trade, Rojas is right-footed and stands 169 cm tall. His time at The Strongest lasted only a matter of months.
