About the player
Dušan Vuković came through the youth ranks at Budućnost Podgorica before moving to Sutjeska Nikšić in 2020, where he made the step into senior football. Two loans followed early on: one at Bokelj without a single appearance, another at OFK Igalo, where he got regular minutes and scored twice in the 2021–2022 season. Back at Sutjeska, Vuković made 88 league appearances and scored 13 goals for the club between 2020 and 2024.
In September 2024, he moved to NK Lokomotiva on loan, contributing a goal in 13 appearances in his first half-season in Croatia. The move was made permanent in January 2025, with Lokomotiva tying him down on a contract until January 2028. Since then he has continued to feature regularly for the Zagreb side, reaching 45 appearances and seven goals in all competitions by September 2026.
Internationally, Vuković has represented Montenegro at youth level, with four caps for the under-19 side in 2021 and 13 caps for the under-21 team between 2022 and 2024, adding two goals along the way. He has not yet featured for the senior national team.
