Mlada Boleslav U20

The junior side plays in the Czech Extraliga junioru, the top tier of youth hockey in the country.

Liga titles in 2000–01 and 2001–02, then three 1. Liga titles in 2007–08, 2012–13 and 2013–14, each time pushing the club back up into the Extraliga. It has never won that top flight itself, its best finishes there sitting at fourth.

Radim Vrbata came through Mladá Boleslav before a long NHL career and returned afterwards as the club's sporting director. Jiří Hrdina, who won the Stanley Cup with both Pittsburgh and Calgary, is the other name the club points to when explaining what the development system can produce.

Games are played at the Ško-Energo Aréna, known to supporters as Boleslaváci in green, white and black. The arena holds 4,200.
