Os

Kuventræ Stadion sits on Idrettsvegen in Os, a ground built for a club that has spent most of its life outside the game's top flights.

That cup run came in the same season the club had its one real taste of the elite. Os won the 2. divisjon in 1974, then the second tier, and went up to the top-flight 1. divisjon for 1975. The stay lasted a single campaign: they went the whole season without a win and dropped straight back down.

The football side grew out of Os Turnforening, a wider sports club founded in 1905, with the football section following in 1919. Since that one season among the elite, Os has settled into life in the lower divisions, taking the 3. divisjon title in 1973, 2006 and 2009. The players who passed through on their way elsewhere include Bjørn Dahl , who left Os to win the Norwegian Cup with Viking and later the league title with Brann.
