Gabriela Warias moved on to AZS UMCS Lublin, Paulina Lasek to KS AZS AWF Warszawa, Izabela Brzozowska and Sandra Pasławska both to TS MKS Jarosław, Karolina Szmyd to Cracovia — six names run through the club's youth teams in a decade and end up on other rosters in the Polish top flight. Jakub Bober, who has coached the senior women since 2018, built the club around that pipeline.

The club itself dates to July 2016, formed separately from AZS Politechnika Rzeszowska, the older Rzeszów side that had once held a place in the top division. It stayed at that level through 2019/2020 before working up to I Liga Kobiet, the second tier, where it plays now.

Around 150 players train across six youth teams, which is a large base for a club with no senior trophy to its name — the emphasis has stayed on turning out players rather than collecting them. Home games are played at the Hala Sportowa Miłocin, a hall that seats 250.

The team is known locally as the Rzeszowianki, and also as Niebieskie — the Blues — for the shirt.
