Paiandu and Inter de Limeira played out a 2:2 draw in the Second Stage of Brazil's Series C on 20 September 2026. The result leaves the hosts seventh with 29 points and the visitors sixth on 30 points after 19 matches each. We had backed the home side to win, but the match took a different path.
Pablo opened the scoring for Paiandu in the sixth minute, and the visitors responded through Getulio just before half-time. The home side regained the lead when Italo Carvalho struck in the 54th minute, only for Miguel Bianconi to level from the penalty spot at the death.
