Pogon Grodzisk-Mazowiecki 2-0 LKS Lodz: a clean sheet built on two decisive moments
Pogon Grodzisk-Mazowiecki beat LKS Lodz 2-0 in the first league regular season, ninth round, on 19 September 2026. R. Majewski scored just before half-time and B. Ciepiela added a penalty after the break to give the hosts a result that kept them top of the table.
Majewski's goal came in the 45+1 minute, a rare moment of clarity in a game where neither side created much. Lodz changed three players at the restart, bringing on L. Szczygiel, M. Blachewicz and J. Keiblinger in a bid to find an equaliser, but the hosts sat deep and soaked it up.
