Prilep and Tikvesh played out a 28:28 draw in the Superliga on Wednesday evening. Both sides walked away with four points each after two matches, sitting fifth and sixth in the table. The result keeps them level on points, though the gap between them remains nothing.

We had tipped Prilep to take all three points at home, giving them 56 percent confidence. The match went another way entirely. Tikvesh refused to fold when they should have, and the visitors held firm when the score demanded a response.

Prilep came into this having won both previous games, beating Mladost 1977 30:29 and Kumanovo 38:31. Tikvesh had also won twice, though one of those came against a stronger opposition in Esh. Both teams showed they could score freely, but neither could close out a result against the other.

What stands out is how both sides traded blows without either pulling clear. Prilep's attack found its rhythm but couldn't find the decisive edge. Tikvesh matched them shot for shot and never looked like they were backing down. By then it was clear neither team would yield.
