B. Vargova

Barbora Vargová made her senior debut for Slovakia in the 91st minute. She came on as a substitute in a friendly against Hungary at NTC Senec on 28 October 2025, which Slovakia lost 0–1. It remains her only senior cap, and she has not scored for the national side. Her name was already familiar from the youth teams, where she wore the armband: for Slovakia U17 in qualifying for the 2021 European Championship, and for the U19 side in qualifying for the 2024 tournament.

Her club career began at Slovan Bratislava, where she played from July 2021. In that spell she appeared in the Slovak league and in the UEFA Women's Champions League. In November 2022 she moved to Italy and joined the Under-19 side of Sassuolo, playing in the Primavera Femminile until June 2024. Her time there was spent in the youth team.

She returned to senior football in the Czech Republic with Slovan Liberec in July 2024. Over two seasons she played 25 league matches and scored once. That run brought her back into the national squad, and in November 2025 she was called up for an unofficial Under-23 friendly against the United States, a match that does not count in official records.

In January 2026 she came home to sign for Spartak Myjava. She has played four league matches for the club and has scored one goal.
