About the player
Five games on loan, five goals. That was the return Boran Yağızer brought back from Ağrı 1970 Spor, where he spent part of the 2025/2026 season in the TFF 3. Lig after moving on 26 November 2025. He added an assist to the tally. The move was registered as an amateur transfer, and no fee was recorded.
He had joined the Vanspor FK academy in 2019 and worked through the U17 and U19 sides. The senior call came in the 2024/2025 season, when he appeared in the Turkish Cup. Through 2025/2026 he was involved with both the first team in the TFF 1. Lig and the U19s, which is where the loan to Ağrı fitted in.
In February 2026 Vanspor put him on a professional contract running to 30 June 2027. He returned from the loan on 30 June 2026, when the deal expired.
The start of 2026/2027 has been measured. As of August 2026 he has two appearances in the 1. Lig, 18 minutes of football between them, and one goal. At 1.88 m and right-footed, he came out of Başkale, in Van Province.
There is no public record of him being capped by a Turkish youth national side.
