César Alejandro Menacho Claros

César Menacho came through Blooming's academy, joining the club at 14 and working his way up through the Sub-15, Sub-17 and Sub-19 sides before reaching the reserves and, eventually, the first team. His return to the club this year marks his third spell there, a pattern that has come to define his career: he keeps coming back.

His most productive run at Blooming came between 2023 and 2024, when he scored 18 goals in 59 appearances, well ahead of his output in his first stint at the club. That form led to a move to Bolívar, where the fee was reported at 250,000 USD, and where he won the Bolivian championship in 2022. A loan spell at Jorge Wilstermann followed the same year, yielding three goals in 22 matches.

After his contract with Bolívar ended, Menacho left Bolivia altogether, joining Hamrun Spartans in Malta as a free agent. He scored twice in 14 appearances there and won the Maltese title with the club in 2025, before returning to Blooming once again as a free agent later that year.

He has also represented Bolivia at senior level, earning six caps since his debut against Brazil in October 2020, a match his side lost 5-0. He has yet to score for the national team.

Menacho's disciplinary record has included three sendings-off in continental competition: two red cards in the Copa Libertadores in 2021 and another in the Copa Sudamericana in 2023.
