Dragan Kokanović

The long-range strike against Čukarički in August 2026 put Kokanović's name in front of a wider audience: RTS nominated it as a candidate for goal of the season.

He came up in the Red Star Belgrade youth system, staying there until 2019, then moved to the Vojvodina academy. The senior debut followed on 12 April 2021, and the club has kept extending the arrangement since — new terms in July 2022, again in September 2024, and once more in August 2025, running to 2029.

Most of the intervening football was played elsewhere. From 2021 until January 2023 he was on loan at Kabel in the Serbian First League, then spent another spell in the same division with Mladost GAT, from 2023 until September 2024. That second loan is where the numbers sit: 32 appearances and seven goals across the 2023–24 and 2024–25 seasons, a return that persuaded Vojvodina to recall him before the loan had run its course.

The closest he has come to a trophy was the 2023–24 Serbian Cup final, where Vojvodina lost to Red Star Belgrade on penalties. Kokanović was part of that squad. He has no major team honours, and no other individual awards.
