About the player
Erlend Hustad is a forward from Molde who came up through the local club's academy without ever making the first team. He left in July 2016 for Notodden, and signed for Brann as a free agent in August 2019.
Brann loaned him out twice while he was on their books. At Nest-Sotra in 2019 he scored three goals in five matches; two years later, at Sandnes Ulf, he scored 13 goals and added five assists in 30 OBOS-ligaen appearances.
He left Brann for Jerv in March 2022, and moved on to Raufoss as a free agent in February 2024. On 18 January 2026 he signed for the Faroese club KÍ Klaksvík, also as a free agent, opening his account there with three goals in his first 13 league appearances.
Hustad was capped four times by Norway's under-18 side in 2015. He has never played for the senior national team, and is not eligible to play for the Faroe Islands, as he holds only Norwegian citizenship. He has not won any individual awards.
