About the player
At Flamengo's under-13 side he was bitten by a dog, an incident that led to his release from the academy — but also gave him the name he plays under and pushed a switch from left-back to centre-back. He rebuilt from there at Botafogo's under-15 set-up before moving on to Serrano-RJ, where he signed his first professional contract at 16.
The step up came at Athletic Club in Belo Horizonte, where he made his senior debut in the Série B under Rui Duarte in September 2025 and quickly became a regular starter, adding appearances in the Campeonato Mineiro alongside his league minutes. The Portuguese club signed him just days after he turned 18, taking 90% of his economic rights.
He has joined Benfica B, where he plays in the Segunda Liga, and has already contributed an assist in his opening appearances there.
