About the player
Kevin Pierre arrived at New York City FC by way of the second round of the 2026 MLS draft, having already spent time inside the club's system. Before that call came, he had been turning out for NYCFC II in MLS Next Pro, appearing in matches through the 2024 season, among them a fixture against Philadelphia Union II.
His route into the professional game ran through the American college system. At Georgia Southern University, Pierre was a fixture in the side, making 51 appearances across his time with the Eagles. He scored twice and set up four more goals.
