About the player
Manuel Palma began his career at Atlético Madrid, joining the Spanish club in 2017. What followed was a loan spell at San Fernando CD before a long stretch through Spain's lower divisions, moving between Eldense, Elche Ilicitano CF, Atletico Saguntino, Atzeneta UE and CD Castuera over the following years, each move made as a free agent.
In 2024 the Paraguayan forward left Spain for Ecuador, signing with Nueve de Octubre. He moved on again in January 2025, joining Guayaquil City, where he now plays. In the 2026 Liga Pro season he has made 12 appearances for the club, scoring once.
