About the player
Nikita Korets's early career has been shaped less by senior football at Rubin Kazan itself than by a string of loan moves away from it. Between 2023 and 2025 he made 21 appearances for Rubin-2, then, after Rubin recalled him early, to Torpedo Moscow in January 2026.
At Kostroma, Korets played in Russia's second tier, conceding nine goals in his appearances there. Rubin then brought him back early, and the Torpedo loan that followed took a similar course: it too was ended early, and by June 2026 Korets was back with Rubin, having spent the season away from Kazan rather than in senior football there.
Away from his club career, Korets has represented Russia at youth level, capped nine times for the under-16s between 2019 and 2022 and conceding seven goals over that run. He has not featured for the under-21s or senior national side.
