Rodrigo Endrio

Rodrigo Endrio's path to Chapecoense started far from a football pitch. He took up the sport at 11 through the Escola+Esporte=10 project at a community sports centre in the Tatuquara district of Curitiba, playing futsal under coach Alexandre de Almeida before switching to football. In August 2022 he left home for Chapecó to join Chapecoense's under-15 academy, and progress from there was quick: a first professional contract followed in 2023, and on 8 October that year he made his debut in a Campeonato Brasileiro Série B match against Operário-PR, becoming the youngest player to appear for Chapecoense's first team.

His minutes at senior level have been limited since. In 2024 he was used three times by the first team — twice in Série B, for a combined 34 minutes, and once in the Campeonato Catarinense — without scoring. The club sent him out on loan to Red Bull Bragantino, where he featured for the under-20 side in the Campeonato Paulista Sub-20 and the Brasileirão Sub-20, a spell aimed at giving him regular football away from Chapecoense's first-team squad. He returned to Chapecoense once that loan ended.
