The German midfielder came through 1. FC Magdeburg's youth set-up until 2016, then moved to VfL Wolfsburg, where he spent five years in the reserve structure. His senior football began slowly: seven appearances for Wolfsburg II in the Regionalliga Nord across the 2020-21 season. He was called up by Germany at U18, U19 and U20 level, but has not played for a senior national team.
In 2021 he joined FC Erzgebirge Aue as a free agent and made 21 appearances in the 2. Bundesliga over a single campaign. The move to Portugal followed in 2022, and it is there that his career has settled into a rhythm. He played 26 matches in his first season at Viseu, then 31 in 2023-24, 29 in 2024-25 and 33 in 2025-26. In total he has passed 119 matches for Académico, scoring three goals.
