Tsvetelin Lukov Chunchukov

Tsvetelin Chunchukov started out at Benkovski in his native Pazardzhik, making his third-tier debut for the first team at 15. A move into Levski's academy followed, but he left without a professional contract and joined Botev Plovdiv instead: over two seasons he made 30 top-flight appearances and scored five goals, and was named the best young player in the A Group in 2014/15.

He nonetheless won the Bulgarian title twice with Ludogorets, in 2015/16 and 2016/17, though at the Razgrad club he mostly featured for the reserve side, scoring eight goals in 31 second-tier matches while making just eight appearances for the first team.

A short spell at Cherno More preceded his move to Slavia Sofia, finding the net 15 times in 64 league matches and lifting the Bulgarian Cup in 2017/18. A loan to Academia Clinceni in Romania interrupted that spell before he returned to Slavia in 2024 for a second stint, cut short when his contract was terminated in March 2025.

Chunchukov also spent time in Romanian football beyond the loan, turning out for Sepsi OSK, Kindia and Steaua Bucharest, and later moved to Kazakhstan with Atirau before leaving in November 2025. He signed for Spartak Varna as a free agent in February 2026, wearing the number 9 shirt on a contract running to June 2027, and has scored three goals in 17 league appearances there so far.

At international level, Chunchukov represented Bulgaria's under-21 side seven times in September 2014. He earned two caps for the senior national team, debuting as a substitute in a Euro 2020 qualifier against the Czech Republic in June 2019.
