About the player
Vadym Kyrychenko is a Ukrainian forward who began his senior career in Romania, joining UTA Arad in September 2022 after fleeing Ukraine. The club sent him out on loan to Progresul Pecica in Liga 3 for the 2023–2024 season, where he scored 14 goals.
His move away from UTA Arad in the summer of 2025 was not straightforward. Kyrichenko signed for CS Dinamo București on a free transfer on 1 July 2025, but UTA Arad contested the move, arguing he remained under contract with them. The Romanian Football Federation's dispute resolution body, the CNSL, sided with the player and dismissed UTA's claim in September 2025, clearing the way for him to join Dinamo.
He did not stay with the first team for long. Dinamo immediately loaned him back down to their affiliate side, also named CS Dinamo București, competing in Liga 2, for the 2025–2026 season. There he made 16 appearances and scored twice. A year on, he was loaned out again, this time to Cetatea 1932 Suceava in Liga 2 for the 2026–2027 campaign, with that spell set to run until the end of June 2027.
Kyrichenko has yet to feature for any of Ukraine's youth national teams and has no individual honours to his name so far.
