About the player
Sent out on loan to RWD Molenbeek, the Brazilian helped the club win the Belgian second division, Division 1B, in the 2021/22 season.
He started out in Brazilian football with Goiás, where he spent three seasons and made 58 appearances, scoring 11 goals. A move to Botafogo followed in 2022, where he played 18 times and scored twice before the loan spell in Belgium took him away from Brazilian football.
Santa Clara took him on loan from the summer of 2023, and the arrangement became permanent a year later, with the Portuguese club signing him outright on 2 July 2024. His performances there have drawn outside recognition: PortuGOAL named him its Figure of the Week in December 2024. He has signed a contract running to 30 June 2028, tying his medium-term future to the club.
