Belshina

Andrei Khlebosolov scored 34 goals in a single Belarusian top-flight season in 1996. He finished with 69 league goals for Belshina and now coaches within the club he once carried up front.

That summit came in 2001, when Belshina won the Belarusian championship. Behind the trophy stood goalkeeper Valery Shantalosov and Alexander Sednev, a leader of that 2001 side who later returned twice as head coach, first from 2009 to 2011 and again from 2012 to 2015. The same years produced three Belarusian Cups, taken in 1997, 1999 and 2001, and two more league medals either side of the title, silver in 1997 and bronze in both 1996 and 1998.

Since then the club has lived mostly in the First League, the second tier, working its way back up four times, in 1992/93, 2005, 2009 and 2019, and finishing runner-up as recently as 2021. Eduard Gradoboev, who made more top-flight appearances for Belshina than anyone else, later managed the side himself. The more recent scoring mark belongs to Dmitry Gomza, top scorer of the 2010s with 17 goals in 2018, whose name resurfaced in 2023 over a match-fixing case that went to review.

It carried that name for two decades before becoming Belshina in 1996.
