Borcka Spor

Arhavispor sets the terms every time Borçka Spor plays them.

The club grew out of Borçka in 1979. In 2016-17, Borçka Spor beat Murgulspor in a playoff to go up, and the same jump came again in 2025-26, when the club took the Artvin Amateur League title and earned another promotion to the Bölgesel Amatör Lig, the fourth tier of the national pyramid. A cup draw for 2026-27 pairs them with Bayburtspor, a rare outing beyond regional football for a side that otherwise measures its season against Arhavispor and the rest of the province.

Green and black now mark the kit, though older references to the club had it in green and white, and the team once carried the descriptive tag Yeşil-Beyazlılar — the Green-Whites — from that earlier scheme. It plays at the Borçka İlçe Stadyumu, a ground that has had its share of seating problems over the years without ever becoming a story in itself.

No player from Borçka Spor has gone on to wider recognition; the club's name belongs to the district rather than to any single figure who wore its shirt, and that has held true across its history in the amateur leagues.
