Chadormalu SC

Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company needed a club to carry its name into professional football, and rather than build one from nothing, it bought the licence to play in the Azadegan League from Qashqai, a Shiraz club that had folded. That purchase, made in 2021, is what put Chadormalu SC on the map. That result stayed with the team that no longer exists.

The club spent its early seasons finding its level in the second tier. Second place in the Azadegan League in 2022–23 sent it into the Persian Gulf Pro League for the first time. A year later it was back in the second division, and a return to the top flight followed. In the Hazfi Cup, it reached the last eight in 2025–26.
