Dacia-Buiucani

Dacia-Buiucani go into the season back in the Superliga. Because its own ground in the Buiucani district, the Joma Arena, still does not meet the federation's infrastructure requirements for the top division, the club plays its home fixtures at Nisporeni Central Stadium, in front of a capacity of 5,200.

The club traces back to 25 September 1997, though it has worn different names as its fortunes turned. It began as CSCA Buiucani, run under the sports club of the army, before becoming a Dacia Chișinău farm side in 2011 under the name Dacia-2 Buiucani. When the parent club Dacia withdrew from the championship in March 2018, the team did not fold with it — it was formed in the third division under its current name.
