Play at Estadio Manuel Flores in September 2010 and the shirt on the pitch read 31 de Octubre. Play there in 2013 and it read Empresa Minera Huanuni.
The refounded club kept the town's colours, blue and yellow, and the identity everyone already used for it: El Equipo Minero, sometimes Los Estañeros, after the ore that comes out of the ground there.
The closest the club came to a name beyond Oruro was the 2015–16 Copa Simón Bolívar, the national second-tier competition, where it reached the semifinals before Guabirá ended the run.
Joao Vinicius top-scored for the club in the 2025 season with 38 goals.
