Founded in 1960 as Kolkhoznik, it became Tekstilshchyk in 1991, then Ternava a year later, then Nyva-Tekstilshchyk for more than a decade, then Kolos-Tekstilshchyk while playing in the amateur league, then INAPiK, then Verest-INAPiK. Its home ground for most of that time was the Kolos stadium, holding 500 people.

In 2019 the club took the name it carries now, Epitsentr , and the same year won the Khmelnytskyi regional championship and finished runner-up in the national amateur championship. A regional cup followed in 2020. Then, in 2022, Epitsentr left Dunaivtsi and relocated to Kamianets-Podilskyi, keeping its name and its colours — hot pink at home, indigo away.

The move preceded the club's biggest season: in 2024/25 Epitsentr won the Persha Liha.
