KDV

Denis Shtengelov did not build KDV from nothing. The club took his company's name and kept the place in the Second League table that Stroitel had earned.

That happened in 2025, the year KDV came into existence. Its first campaign was also its proof of concept: playing in Group 4 of the Second League's Division B, the newly relocated side finished third.

Home matches are played at Temp, a Tomsk stadium holding 3,056 spectators. That earlier KDV belonged to a different club altogether, in Vladivostok, where a side once known as Combine of the Ninth of May carried the same initials and won Primorsky Krai championships in the 1950s and 1960s. None of that history transfers south to Tomsk; this KDV's record begins with the 2025 season and nothing before it.

For now the club's business is straightforward: hold its place in Division B Group 4.
