Køge Nord FC

The one title in the cabinet came in 1992, in the SBU Series 2, settled 2-1 against Hillerød G&IF. Nothing national followed, and nothing national has come since — first to the Zealand Series in 1995, then again in 2003.

The strange stretch arrived much later. Between 2010 and 2015 the club held a place in the professional divisions, in the Danish 2nd Division, and finished third in both 2012/13 and 2013/14. The 2015/16 Danish Cup carried it to the fourth round, where AGF Aarhus won 3-0. Relegation followed, and the amateur leagues took the club back.

Home matches are played at Rishøj Stadium, also known as Lyngvejens Stadium. There are no stands. Around 1,000 people can watch, all of them standing.

The kit is light blue sleeves and shorts over a white body, with white socks striped in blue; the away shirt is a deep red, the socks trimmed in gold. The badge in use now was presented in October 2016.

That name is its third. It became Rishøj Boldklub in 2004, and Køge Nord FC in 2017. Before either, on 17 June 1971, two organisations in the Køge suburbs — Ølsemagle Idrætsforening and Ølby Gymnastikforening — merged and called the result Rishøj IF.
