Tallinna FC Tamper has never known anything but the lower reaches of Estonian football. The club was formed in 2018, carries no popular nickname, and its home colours go unrecorded in public sources.
Home matches are played on the artificial-turf ground at Sõle, on Sõle 40a in Tallinn, a 500-seat facility shared with other clubs in the city, among them Põhja-Tallinna JK Volta. It is Volta who currently sit above Tamper in the table and stand as its closest thing to a rival, ahead of regular II liiga B opponents Saku Sporting, Tallinna FC Zapoos and Kristiine JK; recent fixtures have also brought Laagri and JK Tabasalu to Sõle. None of these meetings carries a name of its own.
Mihkel Järviste, a midfielder who passed through Tammeka, Flora and Nõmme Kalju and played for Estonia's under-19 side before signing for Tamper as a free agent from Flora in 2025.
Not to be confused with Tampere United of Finland, whose championship years belong to a different club in a different country, Tallinna FC Tamper has yet to win anything at all.
