Turnov

The original FC Turnov had merged into FC Slovan Liberec in 1998, and only in 1999 did the town field a side of its own again, refounded as FK Turnov, when the club began life as SK Turnov.

The name changed once more later on: from 2004 to 2016 the club played as FK Pěnčín-Turnov. Its honours are modest and largely regional — the Pohár Pojizeří, won in 1933, and the Východočeský oblastní přebor in 1968/69 — but Turnov topped Divize C outright twice, in 1969/70 and again in 1989/90.

The club's furthest point in the Czech league system came in 1994/95, a ninth-place finish in the second tier. It has since settled back into Divize C, the fourth level of the pyramid, playing in blue and white.

Home matches are played at the Městský fotbalový stadion Turnov, the town's municipal ground, which holds 4,000.
