Yarud Mariupol'

Yuriy Pavlyshyn bought the club in 2025.

On 20 July 2022 the team became FSK Mariupol. Before then it was Yarud, and it was as Yarud that it won the right to play in the Second League in 2020. None of these were new clubs. The same team carried on through each change of name, without ever being wound up and refounded.

Its trophy record belongs almost entirely to one year and one city. In 2018 the side took the Mariupol championship, the Mariupol Cup and the Mariupol Super Cup, then added the Victory Cup a season later — the last silverware it collected before national competition, and before the ground moved.

That ground is now in Lviv, where 8,605 of the 12,680 places are under cover. The shirts stayed red and black.

All of it goes back to 2007 and a Mariupol club called Lider, a name that survives now only in the paperwork.
