Estadio Alfredo Di Stéfano

The Estadio Alfredo Di Stéfano sits at the edge of the Ciudad Real Madrid complex in Valdebebas. It opened on May 9, 2006, with a match against Stade de Reims. The facility was built to house Real Madrid Castilla, but it has seen use in places where it was never intended to sit: the 2021 El Clásico, played behind closed doors when the Santiago Bernabéu was being gutted; a Champions League semi-final against Chelsea in 2021; and a couple of UEFA Nations League games for the Spanish national side in 2020.

The capacity is just under six thousand, a size that keeps the game close to the crowd. Real Madrid Femenino took over the ground in 2021, sharing it with Castilla. Minor adaptations were made in 2020 to host senior matches, including the installation of VAR cameras. The attendance record for a Castilla match stands at five thousand on August 25, 2012, against FC Barcelona B.
