Estádio Jonas Duarte

The finished stadium now holds around 20,000, up from the 10,000-odd it worked with before the rebuild dragged on.

The ground carries the name of Jonas Ferreira Alves Duarte, mayor of Anápolis through the 1960s and later governor of Goiás, who pushed for its construction. It opened on 10 April 1965 with São Paulo beating a local Anápolis side 4-1, and has since served as home to several clubs in the city, among them Anápolis Futebol Clube, Associação Atlética Anapolina and Grêmio Esportivo Anápolis.

Its record attendance sits in dispute between two matches from the late 1970s and early 1980s, both involving Anapolina against Corinthians — one account puts the crowd near 19,640 in March 1978, another closer to 17,800 in September 1981. More recently, the stadium hosted the first leg of the 2026 Copa Verde final, where Anápolis beat Paysandu 3-1, and the opening leg of the 2025 Goiás state championship final against Vila Nova, when organisers temporarily pushed capacity toward 10,000 by trimming the safety zones.
