Estádio Municipal Alfredo Chiavegato

Before the 2014 World Cup, FIFA inspectors added the Estádio Municipal Alfredo Chiavegato and the neighbouring Hotel Duas Marias to the approved list of training camps for visiting national squads — a credential most municipal grounds never earn, even though Jaguariúna itself never hosted a match of the tournament. Locally the place answers to two names that never made it onto any sign: Campo do Valmont, after the old factory nearby, and Campo do Nassif, after the neighbourhood it sits in.

The ground took over a decade to finish, built between 1985 and 1996, then went through a full rebuild under then-mayor Tarcisio Chiavegato, reopening on 18 October 2008 with the stadium renamed for his father. Jaguariúna Futebol Clube, founded in 2005, became the main tenant once the work was done, though São Judas Tadeu and Desportivo Brasil have also turned up on the fixture list over the years. That tenancy came under strain in October 2023, when the municipality told Jaguariúna FC to vacate, citing the expiry of its concession and opening the door to a new operator.

The pitch turns busiest for youth football, hosting group-stage matches of the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior season after season — sides such as Red Bull Bragantino, ABC-RN, Fluminense-PI and Trindade Atlético Clube have passed through in recent editions, with Red Bull Bragantino's return already pencilled in for 2026. Between times, it does duty for the lower divisions of the Campeonato Paulista.
