RCTC Stadium (Rochester Regional Stadium)
Rochester, United States
Formerly: RCTC Regional Stadium, Rochester Bubble Stadium
Rochester's stadium sits on the campus of Rochester Community and Technical College, which owns and runs it, and the college's name is the one that stuck. What set the ground apart for years was the dome: from around 2008 the artificial turf pitch was enclosed each winter under a large inflatable bubble, letting the college and local clubs keep playing through the Minnesota cold. That arrangement ended after the 2025–26 winter, when the cost of running the bubble stopped making sense.
Money for the site came through the city rather than a single benefactor, drawn from a local sales tax that voters approved in referendums in 1998 and again in 2012. The pitch itself is artificial turf, at 851 30th Avenue SE.
Rochester FC, playing in USL League Two and USL W, make it their base, alongside Rochester Med City FC and the college's own sides. The ground has cycled through a long list of tenants over the years — Rochester Thunder, Turbo FC, Rochester WFC, Rochester United, Rochester FC II, North Star FC and the Minnesota Dutch Lions among them. Minnesota United's reserve side, Minnesota United FC 2, brought MLS Next Pro football here in August 2025, facing Sporting Kansas City II. Away from football, the stadium doubles as a community space, hosting a Somali cultural and independence day festival organised by Pamoja Women and the Ukraine Youth Jamboree.
