Stadium
Stade Marcel Tribouillet
Formerly: Stade Marcel Triboulet (original)
The name on the gate is the whole story here: Marcel Triboulet, a footballer whose career ran through Saint-Just-en-Chaussée. The current stadium opened on 15 October 2016, after the old site was sold off, and the town kept the same name on the new build rather than start fresh.
There is no grander claim to make about it. That is the whole function, and it has served it without needing to be rebuilt again since.
Whatever surface lies under the markings today is not recorded with any certainty, and no former name attaches to the ground beyond the one it carries now. Stade Marcel Triboulet remains, in that sense, a stadium defined less by what happens on it than by whom it was built to remember.
