Veritas Stadion
Formerly: Kupittaa Football Stadium, Kupittaan jalkapallostadion
The change came in 2003. A new main stand replaced the old terracing, and with it came a sponsorship deal with the insurance company Veritas, giving the ground its present name, Veritas Stadion. The pitch itself has stayed natural grass throughout.
What sets it apart locally is who uses it: both of Turku's senior clubs, FC Inter Turku and TPS Turku, play their home fixtures here rather than at separate grounds of their own. Ownership sits with a dedicated property company, Kiinteistöyhtiö Kupittaan Stadion, rather than with either club.
The stadium takes its site name, Kupittaa, from the district that surrounds it.
