Fabricio Domínguez Huertas

Fabricio Domínguez Huertas came through the Racing Club youth ranks in Avellaneda before making his senior debut in 2019, but much of his development happened away from the club that formed him. Loan spells at Tigre, Defensa y Justicia and Argentinos Juniors gave him regular football and experience at a level he had not yet earned at Racing itself.

The move that defined his career came in January 2024, when he left for Sport Recife in Brazil. Racing sold 60% of his economic rights in a deal worth $750,000, and he finished as the club's top scorer during their Série B campaign as Sport Recife won promotion to the Série A. He added a further title in 2025, lifting the Campeonato Pernambucano with the club.

In July 2025, Domínguez joined Cerro Porteño on a one-year loan from Sport Recife, with an option to buy. The agreement carried a performance bonus for Cerro Porteño worth $50,000 if he reached certain appearance numbers and helped the team win a tournament, conditions he met in the second half of 2025. Reports have since pointed to a mandatory purchase clause covering 70% of his rights for $1.2 million, though the precise terms of that obligation have been described differently depending on the source.

He remains with Cerro Porteño, a right-back capable of playing further forward in midfield.
