About the player
Guilherme Parede Pinheiro turned professional at Operário Ferroviário in 2013 before a move to Coritiba. It was at Coritiba that he had his best individual season, finishing 2018 as the club's top scorer with 12 goals in 47 appearances, nine of them in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B, having already won the Campeonato Paranaense with the club in 2017. A transfer to Internacional followed, and from there he moved to Argentina to join Talleres de Córdoba.
His years at Talleres were shaped as much by loans as by his own appearances for the club. He was sent out to Vasco da Gama, then Juventude, then Vila Nova while remaining Talleres property.
A loan to Kashima Antlers took him to Japan for the 2024 season, where he made 12 appearances in the J1 League before returning to Talleres. Since then his path has moved quickly: a free transfer to Vila Nova in 2025, a brief stint at Guarani in 2026, and now a switch to América Mineiro, for whom he wears the number 7 shirt as a forward.
