Iván Fresneda Corraliza

Iván Fresneda Corraliza came through Real Madrid's youth ranks before moving on to CD Leganés, and it was from Leganés that Real Valladolid picked him up on a free transfer in 2020. He made his senior debut in a Copa del Rey tie against Real Betis in January 2022. The move that changed things for him came in August 2023, when Sporting CP paid Valladolid €9 million, a fee that could rise to €12 million with add-ons, while Valladolid kept a 10% sell-on clause.

At Sporting, Fresneda has settled in as a regular part of a squad that has won back-to-back Primeira Liga titles, in 2023–24 and 2024–25, and added the Taça de Portugal in the latter campaign. He had a brief run with the club's B team in 2024 as well.

His path through the Spanish youth setup has been steady rather than spectacular: caps for the under-18s and under-20s in 2022, a longer run with the under-19s that included the UEFA European Under-19 Championship, and, since 2025, appearances for the under-21s, where he has scored once and featured in qualifiers for the UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2027. He has yet to be called up to Spain's senior side.
