Rafael Daniel Arace Gargaro

Rafael Arace played in the 2024 Liga FUTVE season, scoring eight goals in 34 appearances for Deportivo La Guaira, then playing under the name Real Esppor Club.

The Caracas-born midfielder came through at Deportivo Petare, where he spent four years and made around 89 appearances, before Caracas FC signed him in 2017. There followed a series of loan spells that took him across the border to Chile, first with Aragua FC's parent club sending him to Unión Española, then a permanent move to Coquimbo Unido for the 2020–21 season. He returned to Venezuela with Aragua FC in 2021 and scored seven goals in 30 games on a free transfer.

After a year at Deportivo Táchira, his move to Deportivo La Guaira produced the best goalscoring form of his career. Since then his path has moved quickly: a brief return to Chile with C.D. Cobreloa in early 2025, a stop at Academia Puerto Cabello later that year, then back to Deportivo La Guaira before joining Monagas Sport Club in 2026, where he now wears the number 77 shirt.

Arace has played as both a midfielder and a winger through his career. None of his moves between clubs has involved a disclosed transfer fee, with switches generally arranged as free transfers.
