The club has never had a ground of its own at home. For its senior fixtures it travels to the Estádio Alair Corrêa in neighbouring Cabo Frio, a stadium it shares with Cabofriense. SEB plays in red at home and white away.

In 2022 it signed Bruno Fernandes on loan from Atlético Carioca, a player already condemned for the murder of Eliza Samúdio. A year earlier, in 2013, Silvio Luiz, a goalkeeper who had played for São Caetano and Corinthians, joined the coaching staff, while Ronaldo de Souza Faria, Romário's brother, took charge of the team that same year.

SEB won the Campeonato de Futebol 50tão in Rio das Ostras in 2023, and its junior side was champion of the Liga Buziana de Desportos four times, including in 2008.
