Las Granates carry no fixed rival of their own. The region's recognised derby, between UD Logroñés and CD Calahorra, belongs to the men's game, so when Logroño's women look for an occasion that matters most, they find it instead in whoever stands across from them in a final or a promotion play-off.

One such occasion came in 2020, when the club reached the final of the Copa de la Reina and lost 0–3 to FC Barcelona. Two years before that final, in 2017–18, it had already won the Segunda División Femenina and gone up to the top flight on the strength of it.

Barbra Banda wore the shirt through the title-winning push of 2018–19, scoring 16 goals before going on to captain Zambia; Jade Boho stayed on through the club's harder years and is remembered as its icon rather than just one of its players.
