Slovakia Cup 2023/24

The Slovak Handball Cup is the primary knockout tournament for men’s handball in Slovakia, organised by the Slovak Handball Federation. It stands as a domestic cup distinct from the league pyramid, with no promotion or relegation implications. Participation is restricted to clubs from the top two tiers: the Niké Handball Extraliga and the 1. Liga. Clubs from lower divisions are generally ineligible.

The tournament format is a straight knockout system. The early rounds, such as the Round of 16, are often played as two-legged ties or sometimes as single matches on neutral ground. The Quarter-finals are usually played as single matches. Since 2019, the Semi-finals and Final have been consolidated into a "Final Four" weekend held at a single venue, featuring single-match games. Prior to 2019, the semi-finals and final were played as two-legged ties. The top-seeded teams from the previous season are exempt from the earliest rounds and enter in the Quarter-finals or later.

The winner of the Slovak Cup qualifies for European competition. Until 2011, the winner entered the EHF Cup Winners' Cup. Since the discontinuation of that tournament, the winner qualifies for the EHF European League. If the Cup winner also qualifies for Europe via their league position, the European berth may be redistributed.

HT Tatran Prešov is the most successful club in the competition's history, having won the title 26 times. The most recent champion is HT Tatran Prešov, who defeated HC MŠK Považská Bystrica 35:30 in the 2025/26 Final Four held in Žilina in March 2026. In the previous season, Považská Bystrica had won the cup. The Cup does not have a widely documented major title sponsor in recent years, unlike the league which carries the "Niké" name; it is officially referred to simply as the Slovenský pohár.
