About the player
Eduardo Feitoza Sampaio, known as Dudu Feitoza, came through the Vasco da Gama academy as part of the club's "Geração 98", a group that won the Campeonato Carioca under-20 title in 2017. He made only four senior league appearances for Vasco before his career was shaped by a series of loan spells rather than a settled run in the first team. The most productive of those came at Figueirense itself, where a 2020–2021 loan brought 20 league appearances and four goals, and at CRB, where he added 23 appearances and two goals before signing permanently with the Alagoas club in 2021.
From there his path went abroad. A move to FC Gloria Buzău in Romania yielded 19 league games and three goals, followed by a spell at KF Shkupi in North Macedonia, where he made 28 appearances and scored three goals. In August 2024 he joined Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel, making ten league appearances and scoring once in the 2024–2025 season, before returning to Figueirense for 2025.
He has not received a call-up to the Brazil national team at any level, senior or youth. His career has instead been built on free transfers and loans across four countries, a route that took him from Rio de Janeiro through Brazilian football to Romania, North Macedonia and Israel before bringing him back to Figueirense, now on a contract running to the end of 2026.
