Luis Valades

Luis Valadez did not arrive at Club León from elsewhere; he was built there. He joined the club's youth system in 2019 and worked through its ranks in León, the Guanajuato city where he was born, before stepping up to the under-23 side for the 2024/2025 season and the under-21 group the following year. He signed his first contract with the senior squad in July 2024, a move that kept him inside the only footballing home he has known.

His path to Liga MX took longer than the paperwork suggested. Valadez had to wait two years after putting pen to paper before he was handed his official league debut, which came in the Apertura 2026. Before that first-team bow, he had already had a taste of senior football with a brief appearance in the 2025 Leagues Cup, a run-out that gave him a look at competitive minutes without yet the weight of a league fixture.

There is no transfer story to tell here, no fee to point to and no rival club in his past: every step, from the academy to the substitutes' bench to the pitch itself, has taken place under the same crest. For now, his file carries no youth or senior caps and no individual honours, which simply reflects where his career stands: at the very beginning of its senior chapter.
