Manama

Manama Club won the Bahraini FA Cup twice in a row, in 2022–23 and again in 2023–24. The name Al Taj, The Crown, still carries the identity of one of four Manama sides — Al-Firdousi, Al-Taj, Al-Ittihad and Al-Shua'aa — that came together in 1980 to form a single club, though the club dates its founding to 1946, the year Al-Firdousi itself began.

The Bahraini Premier League has never been won under either name, but the King's Cup arrived in 2016–17, followed by the Super Cup that same year, before the two FA Cup wins closed out the club's recent record. Against Al-Muharraq SC, the fixture Bahrainis call the Bahrain Derby, the history between them adds an edge that no single trophy explains.

Home matches are shared ground at the Bahrain National Stadium in Riffa, some distance from Manama itself, with room for 24,000. Blue, red and white remain the club's colours.
