Wikimedia Commons holds a club badge but nothing about where the handball section actually played, which fits a section of Xanthi sport that left little trace once it stopped.

The team never reached the top flight. Its recorded competitive life sits in the B National Division, the second tier of Greek handball, where it was still playing as late as the 2017–18 season, in blue and white. No championship or cup sits against its name from that spell, and the section has since stopped competing altogether.

Xanthi's better-known sporting export, the football club A.O. Xanthi in yellow and black, has no connection to this side beyond the shared city; the handball team belonged to a separate club altogether, one that never carried the city's name into the top division of its own sport, and quietly went out of existence in Xanthi rather than on any wider stage.
